Mr. Huffman, a leader in the development and construction industry, moved 19 years ago to Branson Missouri to head up the development of Grandvista Resorts, which was a nationwide resort company. He and his wife Sue Ann had resided in Wichita Kansas with their five children prior to the move. Partner, Sam Catanese, still resides in Wichita and is in charge of the Wichita office. Huffman is responsible, after the sale of Grandvista, for the development of the four hundred million dollar award winning Branson Landing, a mixed-use project. Huffman also has led HCW, LLC in the development of over three thousand condominiums and over one thousand apartment units, in addition to the development of five new hotels in the last several years. HCW and its partners have developed well over one billion dollars in real estate. Rick and his wife enjoy traveling with their children and outdoor activities.

Marc L. Williams, C.P.A., a graduate from Kansas State University, was a partner with the firm Baird, Kurtz & Dobson (Wichita, Kansas) from 1972 to 1991 as Partner in Charge of Tax Department, Employee Retention, and Recruitment. He was Chief Operations Officer of Grandvista, L.L.C., a multistate timeshare resort development and management company with over 400 employees, along with the development and sales of whole-ownership condominiums. Marc was responsible for the daily operations, development, financial functionality, and profitability of several vacation resorts.

He is a principal of HCW, LLC, dedicated to development of real estate projects of superior quality.

Santo M. Catanese, J.D. has been President and General Counsel for Investment Resources Corporation since 1972. Through IRC he has developed real estate projects with a total value in excess of one billion dollars and raised over one hundred million of equity from investors. He has been a principal in acquiring, owning and operating approximately one million five hundred thousand square feet of office and industrial property in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex, plus various properties throughout Texas and other states. As a principal of HCW, LLC he has been involved in resort and commercial development projects exceeding one billion dollars in value. He is a managing member or partner in property ownership entities that control fifty apartment projects containing approximately three thousand six hundred housing units. He is also managing member or partner in several entities owning commercial properties, containing approximately two million square feet of hotel, office, retail and industrial space. Mr. Catanese resides in Wichita, KS with his wife Jane.
